We are targeting a Casting Assistant who will assist casting directors with all aspects of their casting needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Telephones- Respond quickly to background actor and to client’s questions and needs.
Office Systems – Including but not limited to phones, computers, office machines, etc.
Communicate- disseminate accurate booking information and details to background actors under the guidance and direction of casting director.
Casting Support - Assist Lead Casting Director(s) with their casting responsibilities and needs.
On Call Team Member – Effectively serve as a member of the On-Call Team.
Production Meetings & Set Visits – Attend and participate in production meetings and set visits (at least one per month) if feasible.
Help I9 on set when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

High School diploma preferred
Attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to drive to sets/studios as needed (valid driving license)
