Summary

As a Production Coordinator in our Digital Content Division, you will assist the Director of Production and provide general production support to the Production Department. Each week, you’ll help in creating a wide variety of video content for distribution across all FBE owned and operated channels, including our YouTube channels with a combined subscriber base of 32+ million. You’ll have many opportunities to collaborate with talented people. Job Description

We’re looking for a hard-working team member, ready to jump into a busy, multimedia studio. They should be able to thrive in our fast-paced production studio, tackling quick turnarounds and multiple productions simultaneously while ensuring the teams are hitting deadlines with high performance and quality. Key Responsibilities
Onboard all freelance cast and crew members for both accounting and production, including managing all start paperwork and timecards in collaboration with accounting.
General support and assistance for the Director of Production and the Production Manager.
Track and code Production expenses on Production Department cards.
Review and execute purchase requests and production materials.
Track all expenses for the team and turn in accurate weekly Production Finance Reports to accounting.
Maintain effective and proactive department-wide communication.
Update the weekly budget forms in order to ensure we are staying on budget for each video.
Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and outside resources.
Assist Production Manager with maintaining daily and weekly shoot schedules for shoots both in house and on location.
Monitor production updates and chats, relaying any pertinent information.
Assist the Creative Director, Producers, and Director of Production in order to complete all physical aspects of production.
Conduct runs, assist in the studios, and ensure offices/studios are organized.
Maintain workflow for the Production department.
Generate account opening documents and COIs for any new vendors.

Qualifications

Familiarity with programs including AirTable, Slack, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Asana, EP Budgeting & Scheduling, and other project and workflow management software.
An understanding of production paperwork such as COI, CC Auths, vendor applications, invoicing, time cards, start paperwork, budgets etc.
Ability to remain composed under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Prior experience in digital/new media is preferred.
