Job Description
Deep experience producing multiple simultaneous productions is required. The right person knows how to plan highly efficient productions to minimize any downtime and can support all aspects to ensure things run smoothly and effectively. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and critical thinker, able to exercise good judgment and has outstanding communication. Strong organization and unwavering attention to detail is a must. Since we are a mission-led company and all of the content we create inspires people, the right candidate will find the hours to be exciting and highly satisfying!
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
- Creating call sheets and schedules for production
- Pulling permits along with any other legal requirement for production
- Finding sets and scouting locations for production
- Maintaining and managing the studio to an acceptable standard
- Finding actors for secondary or extra roles
- Assisting with pre-production tasks
- Finding local production crew members
- Attending meetings, ordering supplies, managing a calendar and conducting interviews as needed
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the film industry as an associate producer
- Minimum of 2 years experience with some form of casting
- Familiar with the rules and regulations of the film industry
- Familiar with scheduling of productions
- Minimum of 2 years experience with project management
