Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and field support including production scheduling and communication, coordination of logistics, ensuring that all necessary supplies for location shoots have been secured or purchased, coordination of access into backstage areas on our ships and in our parks, and that the equipment packages have been prepared by the technicians
  • Prepare and provide event updates as these relate to technicians, vendors and talent and maintain timelines, schedules, meetings and status reports
  • Complete all show or event production-related tasks as requested by those teams
  • Provide excellent service to Cast, Guests, Clients, and Partners
Basic Qualifications
  • Familiar with Walt Disney World and Resorts locations
  • Media, film or tape experience and theme park or equivalent live show entertainment experience
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with both PC and Mac-based programs
  • Experience creating and following agendas, facilitate meetings, address action items, take direction, meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly
  • Willingness to travel to projects/events and able to drive company vehicles ranging from 4 door SUV to 15 passenger van on local roads and highways
  • Trusted and respected team member that guides with integrity
  • Available and willing to work weekends, holidays, and third shift
Preferred Qualifications
  • General knowledge of radio and television broadcasting production
  • Experience organizing and coordinating multiple internal or external partners
  • Understanding of the Walt Disney World Resort Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team setting
  • Fluency in any additional languages (Mandarin, French, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
Required Education
  • High school degree or equivalent
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor's degree or three years of broadcast experience or equivalent
