- Uses the camera as instructed by the Director.
- They ensure the required action is correctly captured in the frame and must react instinctively as the proceedings take place.
- The camera operator also helps establish the theme and appearance of the show.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- The Camera Operator must be experienced in camera operations in fast-paced, live conditions. Sports production knowledge is a plus.
Camera Operator responsibilities include:
- Strong camera operating skills with the ability to execute shots quickly
- Understands broadcasting methodology in establishing themes and appearances of shows
