On-Air Production Coordinator

DESCRIPTION:

Extremely organized, detail oriented professional to produce and deliver all drop in promos for the Network. Knowledgeable in College Football and Basketball, with some graphic production and promo copy writing experience

Responsibilities:

Generate weekly promo document outlining all of the drop-in promos running in both studio and remote production on CBSSN and write the announcer copy to accompany them

Supervise traffic weekly graphic builds

Deliver LBU’s to production staff with promos running in each game

o Update them and redeliver when game changes happen

Schedule weekly "Now, Next, Later" promos that run in the ticker

Write copy for and deliver CBSSN drop in promos that will run on CBS every weekend

Work with remote and studio crews on both the cable and broadcast side to ensure accurate and timely weekly promo deliveries

Write and deliver promo copy that will run in CBS Sports radio available

Keep track of producer music cue sheets

Support On-Air Producers

Function as the liaison between on-air graphics and on-air promos

Support the on-air graphics team with new show packaging including helping find music or assisting on any shoots

Manage the shared intern between on-air graphics and on-air promotions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

2 years of experience as a Coordinator

Detail oriented

Highly organized

Bachelor’s Degree

Takes direction easily

Sports knowledge is a plus
