Job Description
The Commercial Producer has a listening ear, vision for strong storytelling and sharp time management skills threaded together with a high level of customer service to support our sales team, creative services director and clients to produce television commercials and other program materials.
Daily tasks may include conceptualizing, coordinating, writing, shooting, and editing commercials as well as balancing mission and margin for the station and sales team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Daily tasks may include conceptualizing, coordinating, writing, shooting, and editing commercials as well as balancing mission and margin for the station and sales team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conceive, write, and coordinate all video and audio materials necessary for the production of commercials for station clients.
- Assist sales management in creating sales videos for client presentations.
- Develop relationships with station clients.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- College degree in Communications or a related field preferred
- At least two (2) years previous producing, editing and writing experience in the broadcast industry.
- Knowledge of iNews computer system preferred.
- Experience working on Media Comp.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required. In addition, proof of insurance and liability coverage may be required.
