Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide support to digital artists in the creation of best in class design solutions for our digital sales needs
- Review artwork to ensure the project goals have been met to the highest standard
- Work effectively with cross functional teams
- Translate and execute effectively against creative briefs
- Communicate clearly with team members on timing, workload and deliverables
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years experience in design/ creative industry
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience with Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Adobe Animate, Dreamweaver, After Effects
- Must be a self-motivated, results oriented person who is able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate and execute effectively against creative briefs
- Experience working with others to create best in class, strategically sound design solutions
- Self-motivated, passionate person with a desire to learn and grow
- Able to adapt and balance multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Able to present your work, excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have great organizational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must have the ability to be an independent creative thinker/ problem solver, while also able to take direction/ feedback from a team
- Experience working with third part rich media ads
- Experience creating digital marketing, promotional and sales material
