Job Description

As Digital Integrations Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns and the development of new sponsorship opportunities as part of company RFP response. Reporting into the Director, Digital Integrations, this highly collaborative and cross-functional role will quarterback efforts across Brand Marketing, Editorial, Product, Platforms, Video Operations, and Social Media teams to maximize platform revenue, optimize campaign performance, ensure execution milestones are met and secure advertising partners for NBCUniversal consumer marketing initiatives. You will be a member of the rapidly growing Peacock organization, where attention to detail, relationship building, collaboration and client satisfaction are keys to a successful candidate.  
Essential Responsibilities:  
  • Support content strategy and strategic recommendations for platform sponsorships, custom to each client’s unique goals and budget 
  • Assist in management of day-to-day execution of client campaigns across company digital platforms 
  • Communicate project parameters including scope, schedule, milestones and budget 
  • Participate in status meetings with internal teams to ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders for all stages of projects 
  • Partner in launch of platform sponsorships and all day of trouble shooting with external clients, Ad Sales, Editorial, and Product teams 
  • Contribute on strategies for campaign optimization based off first party platform data and research insights 
  • Campaign reporting, communication of first party data and framing of results to Ad Sales and clients 
  • Monitor treads and opportunities in the marketplace to surface new and innovative monetization opportunities  
  • Reporting and tracking of Digital Integration Revenue to Sr. Management 
  • Collaborate with Ad Sales on the creation of externally facing sales materials 
  • Lead development of department presentation materials  

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Toc, Twitter)
• Familiarity with multiple streaming and TVE platforms such as HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, Bravo, NBC
• Experience with digital campaigns and Ad Sales or digital platform monetization
• An interest in brand integrations, advertising and television
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
• Creative thinking
• Organizational skills in job performance with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility, resourcefulness and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing and growing environment
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Required Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Public Relations, Public Affairs, Communications, Journalism, Customer Engagement, Broadcast Communications or other relevant areas
