Integrated Marketing Coordinator- CBS Sports

CBS Sports Network is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated team player to join our organization as an Integrated Marketing Coordinator. This position is responsible for supporting the CBS Sports Ad Sales team on all sponsorship executions, non-traditional sales activations, and the creation of new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

•    Assist the VP and Director of Integrated Marketing in the execution of all on-air and on-site sponsorship elements once sold
•    Create marketing materials including one-sheets, sponsorship opportunity pitches, recap reports, and sales presentations
•    Assist the Sr. Inventory Manager with the creation of weekly billboards, from scheduling edit sessions to writing copy & collecting updated materials from the sales team 
•    Manage weekly clipping and sales reel requests 
•    Attend weekly team and department meetings, as well as internal production meetings
•    Assist the VP and Director in creating new on-air integration ideas and opportunities
•    Manage the collection of all sponsor materials and assist with graphic requests to get sponsored elements built and filtered to the sales team for approval
•    Assign integrated marketing projects to department interns
•    Coordinate VIP and Hospitality opportunities, including ticket fulfillment

Basic Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's Degree
•    1 year of experience preferably in marketing, sales, or a production support role
•    Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
•    Highly knowledgeable and skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint
•    Strong communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and attention to detail
•    Project management skills
•    Knowledge of or passion for sports is a big plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Hiring Salary Range: $42,000.00 - 55,000.00.
