Job Description

The Production department is responsible for the promotion of the channels on-air (trailers, packages, short programs) and off-air (digital, print, PR) as well as the creation of specific promotional content (events, marketing campaigns, digital promos, demos...). The department works in close collaboration with the Creative Services department, which is composed of a team of permanent and temporary employees.

The Daily:
Production
  • Prepare weekly production documents
  • Complete, follow up and coordinate the sending of actors' contracts
  • Coordinate the creation of the actors' employment contracts in collaboration with the payroll service provider
  • Create weekly schedules for the production village
  • Coordinate the allocation of intermittent badges
  • Coordinate and provide the creative teams with the necessary equipment and assets prior to their production
  • Coordinate and plan the preparation of projects before the start of each production
  • Be aware of the makelist and ongoing requests in collaboration with the Production teams
  • Communicate production information to the creative teams
  • Organize the creation of folders required for each project (Dropbox and TMC)
  • Upload and make available to the creative team the necessary content and graphic assets
  • Liaise with the Network Operations department to schedule content deliveries from external labs
  • Participate in the operational and technical management of the Production Village
  • In conjunction with the technical department
  • Participate in the follow-up of the arrival and departure of freelancers and the assignment of virtual machines (cloud)
Postproduction
  • Ensure the proper finishing of the productions
  • Ensure that the master files are delivered to the technical service providers (sound studio and laboratories)
  • Verify that projects are complete and archived and, if necessary, transfer any missing files
  • Ensure that music cue sheets are received from the creative teams
  • Coordinate with the London teams for monthly reporting of music used
  • Coordinate deliveries and orders of PAD
  • Organize and follow up PAD orders to the lab
  • Maintain the PAD file by channel
  • Coordinate the final delivery of PADs to the control room in collaboration with the production team
The Essentials:
  • You have experience in the audiovisual and/or television sector
  • Student (6 month internship agreement required)
  • You like working in a team
  • You are rigorous, curious, dynamic and "resourceful
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are at ease on the phone
  • Good level of French & English (read, spoken, written)
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
