About You:
Have a passion for film and the entertainment industry. Anime knowledge or fandom is a plus!
1-2 years of experience in a video post-production environment.
1-2 years of experience using a project management software (ideally Wrike)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
Great multi-tasking abilities. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Are well-organized, punctual, and able to communicate clearly and work independently.
Have an understanding of marketing concepts and brand management
Flexibility in competently managing competing priorities and changing expectations.
Works well under pressure and prioritizing multiple different tasks
A working knowledge of Premiere and Photoshop are a plus!

A day in the life of our Associate Producer/Editor:
Stay in close communication with the Post Producer to manage deadlines and support all campaigns.
Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining the editorial calendar and updating projects within our project management software; creating spreadsheets, and liaising with other departments.
Organization of folder structures, proper naming schemes, etc. of all footage and finished content kept on shared area network storage.
Act as an intermediary with vendors and contractors. Making sure to supply all support materials as needed, this includes preparing media and other assets for external utilization.
