Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Work closely with internal team and external Producer's to manage their projects and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
  • Enter all financial transactions, including but not limited to, purchase orders, vendor invoices, payroll, journal entries, and petty cash transactions
  • Complete bank account reconciliations (checking/debit/credit, etc) 
  • Work with our partner vendors and banks to resolve client inquiries
  • Resolve client problems or disputes in a professional manner
  • Assist in running weekly cost reports, and work with production to cover overages and adjust EFC's
  • Non-Union payroll, including but not limited to collecting start work & time cards, grossing time cards, and coordinating payment to the payroll provider 
  • Assist with the onboarding and wrap process directly with the Production team
  • Maintain consistent project files and track monthly internal controls for each respective client
  • Aid in the year-end 1099 reporting process for your clients 
  • The role works very closely with the Accounting & Tax Credit Division Directors 
WHO YOU ARE
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting 
  • Accounting and or Client Services experience preferred 
  • Candidates must be comfortable using Google, Windows, and Office Suite 
  • Accurate, with acute attention to detail 
  • High service orientation
  • High Organizational skills 
  • A team player always looking to pitch-in
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and a boundless desire to learn
  • A professional with a general understanding of the entertainment industry, its participants, and the major issues affecting the environment in which content producers operate.
