Job Description
The course is scheduled for 2022 Spring Semester and meets Monday evenings from 6:00-9:00PM. The position requires in person teaching (but we can consider a hybrid model of some in person and some synchronous online). Adjunct assignments are part-time and may be temporary, on an as needed basis.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Provide quality instruction for new and continuing students in our Film Program
· Ability to teach, interact, and evaluate students who come from diverse backgrounds and levels of ability
· Evaluate student progress and provide appropriate feedback
· Follow established teaching procedures and protocols within the Design Division
Education/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Film or related field required, Master’s preferred
· Ability to use online course platforms to present materials and evaluate student work
· Prior teaching experience of topic given priority; familiarity with film set design expected
