Job Description

This role will support the Digital Stores team with on-store promotional content and branding and have daily contact for CEE Digital Store clients & MENA local marketing reps to assist with asset requests & approvals. This role will also support the rest of the team with campaign implementation, presentations, admin support and other ad-hoc requirements.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:

Product and marketing assets support:
  • Oversee the briefing and production of marketing assets to fulfil transactional client and local marketing team requests, working with agencies to produce materials
  • Ensure the correct assets are available across movie content and made available on DMD servicing websites
  • Build strong relationships with DMD technical services team, DCVI and home entertainment creative teams
  • Establish and develop new client servicing processes where needed
  • Monitor and log assets for features releases ensuring information can be shared with local teams for use in all DMD distribution windows (Pay TV, Free TV etc.)
  • Key contact for asset website site approvals and queries
  • Daily support for local marketing reps across EMEA region – asset requests, approvals
Marketing Support:
  • Support the team with the implementation of assigned UK transactional marketing campaigns
  • Work with creative agencies to deliver UK marketing campaign assets and other activities as required
  • Work with assigned DMD clients to support their marketing activity on a daily basis – source and deliver creative assets, ensure creative adheres to guidelines and meets client deadlines
  • Marketing support for Digital Stores commercial team, supplying creative assets for slate presentations and other marketing requirements as requested
  • Collate information, campaign examples and best practices and ensure timely sharing of information with local marketing teams
  • Tracking costs and raising POs for assigned marketing campaigns
  • Ad hoc marketing projects to support the wider team objectives e.g. organisation of film screenings for clients
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager on the PR campaigns for each title by working closely with the PR agency
The Experience We Require From You:
  • Experience within marketing or similar role
  • Experience of managing external creative/design agencies
  • Experience with Mac and keynote is desirable
  • Excellent IT skills – including good knowledge of PowerPoint
  • A strong creative eye and acute attention to detail
  • Highly organised  
  • A good understanding of the marketing and creative process
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise and work under pressure, whilst working across multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good, flexible approach
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to provide and share information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to hit the ground running and demonstrate initiative.
