Job Description
The Project Coordinator will support the marketing team in managing multiple projects including show launches and other campaigns.
- Help maintain and update the digital campaign calendars
- Managing the workflows of campaigns
- Coordinates project schedules, deadlines, and tasks within our Project Management tool
- Collaborate with other Project Managers across different teams
- Track project timelines and status reports ensuring each project is on schedule
- Supporting the marketing team by managing multiple projects
- Coordinate marketing projects across departments: maintaining timelines; maximizing internal and external resources; communicating with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Project management, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Heavy coordination and collaboration responsibilities between internal teams
- Ability to multi-task, and manage multiple projects, and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, grammatical, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Copywriting experience is a big plus
- Experience in Asana, Workfront, Monday, or Wrike
- Entertainment, online production/digital project management experience
