Job Description

The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, both visually and narratively. Our team is focused on delivering commercial spots :15, :30, :60 seconds with animation, graphics, live action video, voice over and a wide range of effects. In this role, you will work alongside producers, brand creative teams, and cross functional teams. 

The right candidate will blend strong visual skills, creative skills, storytelling, ability to utilize several motion graphics software programs, mainly After Effects. 
  • Work closely with Producers, Music libraries, Post Management, Creative etc. to deliver commercials that raise the creative bar. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet the demands of brands 
  • Proactively identify opportunities for design and efficiencies 
  • Design and influence operational best practices for editorial success 
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 5+ years relevant experience in Motion graphics  
  • Experience working in After Effects  
  • 2-D Animation  
  • Experience in Adobe Premiere Environment  
  • Experience with Music Libraries 
  • Experience in designing and animating objects 
  • Proven problem solving, analytical, and creative skills 
  • Ability to display complex concepts in simple, intuitive formats 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as Motion Graphics Artist.
Key job responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 + years of experience as Motion Graphics Artist on Short form content or the equivalent
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Organized and with great attention to detail
• Understanding of Motion Graphics, Music Libraries, Sound Effects, and post production workflows
• Post and editorial problem-solving ability

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in various Advertising, Television, and film post production environments
•. 3D as well as 2D skillset
• Experience with stop motion animation
• Experience with delivery of assets to studios
• Experience with variety of digital media workflows
• Knowledge of wide array of media asset types
• Experience with commercial brands and advertisers
• Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines
