Multimedia Reporter

Description

KRWG Public Media at New Mexico State University is looking for a dynamic reporter to shoot and edit stories for multimedia distribution.  This is an on-camera position in beautiful Las Cruces, New Mexico. 

The KRWG Multimedia reporter is responsible for developing story ideas and conducting research. This is followed by shooting video to produce stories in the field. The reporter conducts additional research, writes the stories and develops a multimedia presentation for the KRWG website and social media channels. Prepares report audio for radio distribution. Produces radio and television programs as assigned and serves as a producer/anchor. Conducts student training and participates in pledge drives and community events as assigned.

Requirements
