Freelance Production Assistant - NBC Sports

Responsibilities

Job Duties
 
Graphics Producer:  Produce, Create, Research & Generate Graphics for Pre/Post Shows,& any other scheduled Linear programs. Involves working closely with Producers on Graphic Ideas/Style/Layout
Studio Monitor Graphics: Create Graphics for Monitors in our brand-new, state of the art studio. Includes collaboration with Producers on Graphic Ideas/Style/Layout.
Generate Segment/Breakdown/Story Ideas for Pre/Post Game Shows
Stage Manager: Work on-site at games helping the talent & producer on Game Day.
Floor Manager: Directing Talent & moving cameras, cables and desks during our in-studio shows
Log Content:  Logging any content including games, game melts, interviews or any other content.
Communicate & collaborate across all platforms-Linear, Digital & Social Departments

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year minimum of professional production experience
Familiarity with newsgathering systems, nonlinear editing and graphics
Must have knowledge of Bay Area Sports teams & National sports teams
Willingness to work overtime & with short notice
Must be willing to work nights, weekends & holidays.
