Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work in the WTVF newsroom with the assignment desk, newscast producers, digital content producers and reporters.
- Perform assigned duties as relating to the internship
- Develop skills based on the area supporting
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Internships are intended to be positions that are for a limited duration (September-November)
- Completion of junior or senior level of education, preferably in journalism, broadcasting, or other related communications degrees
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Strong desire to learn more about the industry
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work a wide variety of days and shifts, including weekends. Station can be flexible based on course schedule.
