NEWS PRODUCER (Spanish Lang. - P/T) - KCBD

Telemundo Lubbock is looking for a hard-working, creative, and energetic Spanish-language producer to join our team. This is a part-time position. The station will invest in and train this producer, providing opportunities for the winning candidate to grow and advance.

Coordinating with other team members to produce daily Spanish-language newscasts. You will be responsible for writing for broadcasts as well as digital ones.  It's important to be a team player, who is able to help others. Community service is vital to what we do.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Able to conduct interviews to get information
- Ability to represent the station professionally in the community and newsroom
- Must be able to work well independently and with others
- College degree in journalism or a related field is preferred. Related experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
