Job Description

Assists with physical production of an assigned project in development, pre-production and production stages
Assists in the production needs to develop a production organizational “blueprint”, as well as schedule and budgetary considerations
Assists with the physical production of greenlight films
Assists with the hiring of the line producer & unit production manager
Act as a liaison between the production company and the studio’s creative executives assigned to the film; trouble-shoot daily production of film
Distributes mail and maintains office supplies
Manages EVP, Physical Production calendar and schedule/coordinates daily meetings and appointments
Arranges complex travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings, and accompany supervisor when requested
Answers and screens a high volume of phone calls and email, taking action when appropriate and following up
Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget
Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings
Acts as custodian of corporate documents and records
Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents such as expense reports
Creates and maintains databases and spreadsheet files
Performs additional administrative duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents

Basic Qualifications
2+ years related experience, required
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software

Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior management
Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities
Familiar with a variety of entertainment industry concepts, practices, and procedures
