Position Summary

Deluxe Media Europe are recruiting a Post Production Bookings Coordinator based in-house at The Walt Disney Company. Working within a highly dynamic post production operation, the role of Bookings Coordinator involves being a point of contact for clients, handling the bookings and billing of work and ensuring that all client requests and queries are processed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, proactive individual who enjoys the challenge that a fast paced environment brings and will relish team work.

The role:
  • Oversee and assist in the coordination of bookings from a variety of producers and channel managers
  • Accurate inputting of data concerning bookings and resources into a scheduling system
  • Running weekly financial and facility utilisation reports
  • Sourcing freelance Editors, Dubbing Mixers & Motion Graphic Designers
  • Developing and strengthening the relationship between Deluxe and the client
  • Liaising with clients and operators to ensure that information is presented accurately
  • Where appropriate, checking all data upon arrival to ensure that the correct information and material is supplied
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work and resources
  • Tracking the progress of work and keeping management and clients informed of problems or delays
  • Ensuring that all work sheets are correctly completed and billed correctly, ready for invoicing
  • Ad hoc support to the post production team and client
What you bring:
  • Experience within a busy bookings environment would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of post-production, workflows and resources coordination would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience with ScheduALL bookings software or similar preferable
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office
