Job Description

This will include attention to cost, quality, and time management on all series titles. The position will be responsible for working across multiple territory verticals, and a high level of organizational and innovative thinking is required. The position will require working on multiple large-scale projects at a time and will involve working daily with internal and external partners. We are a quickly growing team with a large slate and seek candidates who are ready to jump in and learn by doing. The ideal candidate will be interested in growing beyond the role through mentorship and training.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Post Executives in compiling, distributing, and collecting post production documents across multiple genres of content
  • Facilitate communication and set team meetings
  • Support Post Executives in managing cuts distribution lists
  • Systematize and standardize show wrap-out process
  • Compare bids across shows and update post budget templates
  • Support Post Executives in organizing assets within the Post Asset Tracker and Airtable
  • Assist with Post Team training and workshops
  • Work closely with other Post Coordinators to develop best practices for Post Management Team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of technical experience on episodic and film workflows
  • 2+ years of experience in coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery
  • Experience in production and post production
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Organized and with great attention to detail
  • Problem solver
  • Willingness to travel as needed for show and team support
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience leveraging and improving internal tools
  • Experience with Airtable
  • Experience with Movie Magic Budgeting
  • Experience organizing events in multiple locations
  • Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
  • Interested in growing beyond the role
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
