Job Description

You will perform supporting functions including asset management, media ingest/conversion, graphics creation and audio production while supporting a team of Content Producers and Marketing professionals developing innovative solutions to attract the future talent of The Walt Disney Company.

About You…
On any one day you might:
  • Be editing existing footage from our archives, new footage being shot, creating new content from videos already produced, etc
  • Support production and post-production work, including project file development, template building, RAW media storage and organization and production execution
  • Ensure the ingestion, accessibility, and distribution of assets and content used across the digital landscape
  • Work with our teams on the development and management of upcoming content needs
Basic Qualifications:

What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Relevant editing and post-production background and experience
  • Experience using professional video/photography equipment and editing software such as Final Cut Pro X. Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, etc
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based servers and media management systems
  • Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders, balance numerous projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing confidential information
  • A willingness to pitch in and help the team on all projects to meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to work independently but confident enough to ask for guidance and input when needed
  • Passion for The Walt Disney Company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • A passion for developing new ideas, designing solutions and strategically helping the team grow
  • Act as an influencer who is adept at establishing both external and internal relationships

Preferred Qualifications:
It would be nice if you also are:
Experienced in Digital Media, Studio Production, Film with relevant industry experience and/or vocational school
