Job Description
You will perform supporting functions including asset management, media ingest/conversion, graphics creation and audio production while supporting a team of Content Producers and Marketing professionals developing innovative solutions to attract the future talent of The Walt Disney Company.
About You…
On any one day you might:
- Be editing existing footage from our archives, new footage being shot, creating new content from videos already produced, etc
- Support production and post-production work, including project file development, template building, RAW media storage and organization and production execution
- Ensure the ingestion, accessibility, and distribution of assets and content used across the digital landscape
- Work with our teams on the development and management of upcoming content needs
Basic Qualifications:
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Relevant editing and post-production background and experience
- Experience using professional video/photography equipment and editing software such as Final Cut Pro X. Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, etc
- Working knowledge of cloud-based servers and media management systems
- Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders, balance numerous projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing confidential information
- A willingness to pitch in and help the team on all projects to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to work independently but confident enough to ask for guidance and input when needed
- Passion for The Walt Disney Company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- A passion for developing new ideas, designing solutions and strategically helping the team grow
- Act as an influencer who is adept at establishing both external and internal relationships

Preferred Qualifications:
