• Conceptualize a newscast and deliver it in a dynamic presentation.
• Execute a newscast within the station’s branding formula.
• Take responsibility for your show. It is your newscast; we want you to own it.

Job Requirements
- Must know what it takes to build a competitive, winning, and watchable, habit-forming newscast. Experience preferred, but the skill to build a winner is the key!
- You must demonstrate a keen sense of news judgment, it’s a given that you can write and produce.
- You must juggle the fast-pace changes that occur in real-time, whether you are in the newsroom preparing for your newscast or in the control room producing a live broadcast.
- You must have the ability to manage people in the news and operations department, as a producer in our station has ownership of their newscast and is responsible for it.
