We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to the MC22 production team in the role of Producer. The Producer is responsible to develop and produce sports, news and entertainment campaigns on local and divisional basis.

Job Description

 You will work as a crew member on multi-camera studio and remote productions and individually on ENG productions.  

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops scripts according to project needs
  • Secure production locations and arrange for additional crew members if necessary
  • Depending on project needs you will assist on productions in various roles: Producer, Director, Graphics, Replay, Audio, Video, Camera or EIC on multi-camera studio and remote productions
  • Operate all audio/video/photo equipment necessary to complete assignments as needed
  • Assist with operation and driving of MC22 production truck
  • Responsible for editing and recommends alternative methods for shooting and editing to enhance each production project
  • Develop and update website content
  • Create sets and design lighting
  • Performs other duties as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associates degree in Film/Video production or equivalent experience
  • One to three years production experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Proven creative skills
  • Experience working live productions, producing and directing multi-camera productions
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in editing with Adobe Premier, Photoshop, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Cloud programs
  • Experience in sports production
  • Willing and able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Team player while also able to work without supervision
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Schedule which allows flexibility to work any day of the week and various hours of the day as necessary for the event required
  • Ability to perform all the duties and responsibilities as described
  • Regular attendance required
