Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Operate Control Room equipment (Audio Console, Video/Graphics Playback, Video Switcher, etc.) for our (Morning, Evening, Weekend) Newscasts
- Editing News Video and Graphics. Assisting News Department with on-location video captures, live shots, photography, etc.
- Assisting Web Department with Social Media and other tasks
- Other duties as assigned
General Hours:
- 9 hours/day
- Arrival times vary from AM News Staff to PM News Staff
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays. Other hours as needed
Education/Experience Level:
- Experience is not necessary, but education and/or internship in television or related field preferred
- Prefer experience in News Production but will train the right person
- Training will be provided
