Salem Music Network in Nashville, TN is looking for a Production Assistant.
This is a multi-purpose position that will leverage your current radio skills to grow our impact and productivity. You will learn all aspects of our local Nashville and national network operations. The ideal candidate will be a skilled, passionate radio broadcaster who wants to be a healthy and positive addition to our team culture. They will be flexible, competent, listener driven and creative. This person will step in to fill voids as needed as well as serve in regular responsibilities such as daily production, fundraising support, network show production, automation work, voicework, network voice tracking, live remote broadcasts and other creative and fun duties as needed. Our current demographic is female 25-54, and families with core faith values.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- On-air host
- On-air fundraising
- Copy writing
- Creative content development for core demographic
- Perform other duties as needed by program director and production director.
- Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of production and/or on-air experience. Knowledge of Nexgen, Wide Orbit, and Adobe production software are preferred. Non-profit on-air fundraising experience is a plus.
