Job Description
WTIC, Fox 61 is seeking a Production Assistant to serve in a variety of production crew positions during live news broadcasts and recorded studio and remote productions.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Operate robotic, studio, and remote cameras
- Operate audio during live and taped productions
- Perform floor manager duties during live and taped productions
- Operate teleprompter
- Operate tape machines for both playback and record
- Operate Jib camera and Steadi cam
- Assist in set and light of both studio and remote projects
- Live shot coordination during broadcasts
- Regular maintenance of studio facilities and remote equipment
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years related industry experience preferred
Work Environment: Office
Physical Demands: Light work
Travel: Rarely: less than 10%
Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
