Job Description
Reporting to the Art Production Supervisor and Art Production Coordinator, this role will support the production staff and teams of artists through production deliverables.
What You’ll Do:

- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Assist in preparation of reviews including uploading/downloading materials
- Take notes during meetings and reviews, maintain Shotgrid and other tracking systems, and distribute notes to all necessary parties
- Generate and prepare documentation, printouts or photocopies as needed
- Track and record department workflows and progress, check these against the schedule, and notify the production team to any variations
- Support Production Coordinator in the preparation of shipping of materials to external partner studios ensuring that material is correct, complete and sent on time;
- Support Production Coordinator in the receiving and ingestion of materials sent from external partners; General file management as needed
- Ensure that artists and crew have the materials needed to complete their work
- Elevate any concerns on artist wellbeing or schedule to the Production Supervisor or Production Coordinator
- Assist with set up and onboarding of new crew members as needed
What You’ll Need:
- Organized, detail-oriented, ability to multitask, strong desire to learn, interested in people, and have excellent verbal, written, and e-social communication skills
- Comfort level working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with the ability to manage time and balance priorities
- Proactive, positive thinker with a willingness to offer assistance with any task large or small
- Knowledge of 3D animation is a plus
- Knowledge of Shotgrid is a plus
