JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Production Assistant to be a part of our Shoots team. This team supports multiple groups within FOX Entertainment in facilitating EPK, BTS, and large-scale shoots for On-Air, MultiPlatform, Tubi, Public Relations, and Social. These materials are used to help create Entertainment award-winning campaigns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to see and learn the in's and out's of how Fox Entertainment creates content through a production/promotion lens, and we want someone who is eager to learn and ready to join in and hit the ground running.
A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Production Assistant to be a part of our Shoots team. A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain shoots schedule
- Onboard new Production Companies as well as individual operators (camera, sound, and prompter)
- Coordinate Pre-Pro meetings for all upcoming shoots
- Maintain vendor documents that reflect what the crew worked on
- Provide on-the-ground support on internal shoots when needed
- Get studio drive-ons for talent and crew
- Arrange for a courier to pick up/deliver shoot drives
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to work after hours and on weekends
