Summary
The Production Assistant will work closely with Producers and AP’s and Talent on site to assist in logging into Network platforms, printing materials and scripts and anything else related to the production that Producers may need.

Job Description
In addition, the PA will work with Editorial Producers to ensure guests are greeted, brought to make-up and the set and assure productions start on time.
The PA will also help Producers confirm facts and gather appropriate pictures, documents, research for program segments for their show.
Candidates must be based in Miami.
Candidates must be bilingual, English and fluent Spanish.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Journalism/Communications.
• One to two years production experience in the television news business as well as work in video and graphics
• Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and strong news judgment
• Strong research, vetting, writing & storytelling skills
• Able to juggle many tasks at once and manage projects on their own
• Ability to work long hours under deadline pressures
