Job Description

Additionally, you with collaborate with all team members to facilitate the workflow and timely execution of a given project. You will be expected to take charge of daily production tasks needed to see projects through completion in an effective and timely manner.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assets gathering – researching, obtaining, organizing and disseminating all materials needed to the production team independently and in a pro-active manner (stills, footage, graphics, logos, music files, etc.)
  • Assets managing - organizing, tracking and taking ownership of folder systems, notes, files, assets and materials needed for the pre-production, production, and post-production of a given project
  • Providing overall production support and assistance to Creative Directors, Producers, and Project Managers for the completion of a promo or campaign
  • Researching information on particular projects, sports, players, and teams
  • Assisting in managing and communicating with in-house team members: delivering assets and ensuring bay artists execute their tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicating with outside vendors and delivering and tracking files and information shared between them and our internal teams
  • Supporting with research, planning and executing tasks for shoots as needed
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with all internal teams to help keep the job moving and acting as a positive and collaborative team player
  • Assist the Producer manage and track daily schedules and assignments
  • Helping wrap projects after completion – cleaning and organizing project folders ensuring proper archiving of master files and documents on servers, assisting Producers in submitting proper paperwork online (invoices, etc.)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Previous experience working in a studio/production setup is essential to understanding all that the job entails and what is expected
  • Must be highly dependable and pro-active and have very strong organizational, written and verbal communication, as well as follow-up skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with very tight deadlines in a composed and professional manner
  • Initiative and fortitude to see things through and foresee potential challenges before they happen
  • Ability to multi-task and think quickly and creatively on your feet to help problem-solve challenges
  • Capability to learn and adapt to various situations and embrace constant change
  • Collaborative and a positive team player – this job will require interacting and working effectively with team members and executives from the Marketing department as well as others
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Capability to work the occasional weekend or late nights on short notice
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
  • Bachelor’s degree - preferably in a disciplinary area pertaining to the entertainment industry, Intern or Production Assistance experience in a similar field, or a vast knowledge of what it takes to produce a high-quality promotion or show
  • Knowledge of production and delivery formats as well as Sports
