Essential Responsibilities:
- Casting and booking for principal and background actors
- Greeting and managing casted talent on-set
- Drafting start paperwork and timecards for talent and various crew, extras vouchers, AFTRA contracts, DGA Deal Memos, alerting departments of applicable OCA fees, and episode residuals
- Maintaining various show spreadsheets and calendars
- Managing Producer’s calendar and schedule
- Booking additional green rooms and rehearsal spaces through facilities for sketches and pre-tapes
- Creating HMU/W schedules and call sheets for in-studio and remote shoots
- Booking additional hair and makeup personnel
- Booking travel and hotels as needed
- Liaise with HMU/W to schedule rehearsals, fittings, HMU look-see’s, wig fittings, and prop tests
- Facilitating supplies purchases for HMU and completing Cashet expense reports
- Obtaining vendor agreements and setting up new vendor accounts
- Uploading contracts, appearance releases and vendor agreements to Scenechronize
- Following COVID protocols with room cleanings and working closely with testing coordinator to ensure all external people coming into the building are properly tested
- Recruit, interview and managing interns
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years production related experience
• Technical knowledge of production equipment for film, video and photography
