Production Coordinator

In this full-time position, you will attend to the administrative and logistical needs associated with each SCADFILM festival and event. This will include schedule creation and management, back-end setup and execution of virtual events with technical directors, and coordination of guest logistics. You will serve as a liaison for SCAD legal and publicity departments on paperwork, releases, and licensing, and in general for faculty and staff. You will also provide administrative support for the executive director and other SCADFILM staff. As a production coordinator, you will assist with ticketing and attendance management, location screening and rental requests, research and pre-interviews, event file maintenance, and hosting duties. You will also attend industry events on behalf of SCADFILM.
