Job Description
YOUR DAY-DAY:
- General support and assistance to Director, Manager & Producer
- Responsible for all coordination of assigned production shoots
- Schedule and arrange travel for the team, cast & crew (if applicable)
- Maintain active relationship with Univision producers in ensuring we receive materials from them in a timely manner
- Work closely with Univision talent department in coordinating Univision talent for production shoots
- Other duties as assigned
YOU HAVE:
- 5 years minimum Production/Production coordinator experience
- Strong communication skills (Spanish/English)
- Proficient in MAC and PC
- Superior knowledge in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Keynote a plus.
- Up to date with current trends and technologies
- Knowledge and clear understanding of US Hispanic market a plus
- Ability to collaborate in teams
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adjust to last minute changes
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Flexible with schedule
