Opportunity Overview

The Job

WarnerMedia seeks a Production Coordinator for the Production Services – TStudios department. The Production Coordinator, Entertainment is designed to support Entertainment partners of WarnerMedia Studios This includes: booking all production in the studios scheduling tool, coordinating with Production Managers in preparing logistical, financial, and operational plans for the WMS Ent partners; prepare and maintain paperwork pertaining to shows assigned in the studio and/or on location.

The Daily
  • Facilitate Entertainment partners productions in studios scheduling tool. Support Production Management with project intake, project mobilization and post mortem functions of all productions.
  • Coordinate with Production Managers and department heads to make sure crew have resources and materials they need to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation tracking financials, logistics and any other information pertinent to the production
  • Work closely with operations, scenic and crewing departments on all show needs.

The Essentials
  • 2-5 years of Production Office experience
  • Understanding of corporate production
  • Understanding of production budgeting and crew management
  • Solid time management and planning skills
  • Basic understanding of location and live studio production
  • Ability to multi-task and interact with high-profile executives
  • Background in various aspects of production and project management
