The Audience Acquisition & Growth team within NBC Universal’s TV & Streaming group is seeking a mid-level project manager to work on a range of digital projects for brands including Bravo, NBC, USA, SYFY, Oxygen and Universal Kids.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a variety of digital projects including launching new features on Web properties, digital product enhancements and digital content initiatives across multiple platforms.
As a key member of the PMO team, you’ll work closely with the Product, Tech and Content teams to ensure that all items on our product roadmap are delivered on time and on budget. Working with multiple stakeholders across different business units, you’ll have the discipline and single-mindedness to ensure successful project delivery while being well-versed in fostering collaboration and partnership throughout the organization.
The role requires strong organizational, technical, and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to execute technology deliverables. You’ll be a strong self-starter and somebody who is comfortable working in an environment where change is a constant. You’re flexible and a natural problem solver who is able to navigate uncertainty with poise and grace.
The ideal candidate will know how to craft rock-solid operational plans by working with multiple stakeholders and processing (at times) ambiguous requirements. You’ll be as comfortable communicating with a full-stack developer as you are with a video editor and will be expected to give regular project status updates to individuals at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify deliverables, milestones and resources needed to successfully execute an assigned project
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to ensure successful delivery within business expectations and requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders (video production, product, technology, CRM, editorial) to create and maintain schedules for assigned campaigns
- Provide clear and consistent communication of project-level status for leadership and stakeholders
- Use project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable and other applications to provide project status and reporting
- Ownership of administrative tasks such as file management and organization, notes/recaps, keeping PM systems up-to-date
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- 1-3 years professional experience managing technical web projects (preferably in Entertainment and/or focused on digital content)
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in the environment and priorities
- Possess great organizational skills and ability to make smart decisions
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
Desired Characteristics:
- You have experience launching Web-based projects across a range of platforms
- You are familiar with various project management tools and eager to learn new ones (Airtable, Jira)
- You are resourceful and have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- You are detail-oriented and are able to keep projects organized and easily accessible to the wider teams

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
Salary range: $80,000-$105,000 (bonus eligible)
