We are looking for a video producer with a passion for tennis and love of creating. This is a remote position with expected international travel. You will have two key tasks: post producing and field producing. While a majority of this role is involved with producing content within the tennis industry, there will be some work outside of the sport as well. The ideal candidate also has a mix of episodic TV background as well as experience producing digital content for a variety of mediums. You must be able to operate with varying degrees of supervision, taking ownership when needed and following through on tasks when assigned.

In your post producing role, you will oversee edits from conception through final delivery. Most weeks you will be working with multiple editors and edits at the same time. You will be responsible for creating paper edits, working through each version of an edit with an editor, and handling final QC before delivering to a client. You will likely be working on 3-5 pieces of content per week, and you must be comfortable with quick turnarounds since the majority of our pieces are out the door within 1-3 days.

Each piece of content is generally 3-5 minutes long with some being as short as a 15-second Instagram reel, and others as long as 20-30 minute documentary style pieces. You will be responsible for communicating with our clients and working with editors to see through each client’s visions. You will also be asked to concept your own ideas and present them to in-house staff and clients.

In terms of field producing, you will be in charge of creating content plans for other producers as well as for shoots that you are traveling to. You will be responsible for laying out a vision and executing that vision from the field until completion in the edit. You must be available for periodic travel and also capable of managing a crew on the ground and remotely if needed. Most shoots are small and often consist of a producer and a camera operator, but there will also be shoots that require a larger crew size.
