Job Description

The Social Media Campaign Manager will serve as a subject matter expert in executing client campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.  Candidate should have strong project management skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks (campaigns) at once.  This position reports to the Vice President of Digital Operations and can be based in Atlanta, Baltimore, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, NYC, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Richmond, Washington DC or other selected regions.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Schedule/manage the execution of paid client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms as needed.
  • Collect, organize and implement creative assets in preparation to go live as part of paid social media campaigns.
  • Optimize social media campaigns, with the ability to troubleshoot and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify, communicate and implement social media creative guidelines with Digital Sales Managers, Integrated Marketing Managers and local sales teams in multiple markets.
  • Ensure campaign creative follows all social platform’s identified guidelines.
  • Provide detailed campaign reports for recaps and reconciliation.
  • The ability to analyze social media data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for campaign-related social media platforms
  • Manage Facebook Business Manager settings.
  • Stay current on new features within social media channels that could be beneficial to client campaigns.
  • Be available to post during select events for paid client participation.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
  • First-hand experience running paid social media campaigns in Meta Business Manager platform (Facebook and Instagram) and experience setting up target audiences and providing creative guidance is preferred.
  • Experience on other Social Media platforms is a plus.
  • Basic graphic design experience
  • Strong communication skills that can flex to fit any platform, media character count or audience.
  • Journalism and/or copywriting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task with internal team and occasionally clients.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience running paid social media campaigns.
