Job Description
MAIN DUTIES:
- Handle audio post-production projects from inception to final delivery including sound design, editing, and re-recording mixing for a variety of projects: TV and Radio Commercials, Podcasts, TV Series, Feature Films, Games etc.
- Record and direct Voice Over sessions, in studio and via various remote technologies to client creative expectations.
- Output projects in a wide range of industry formats, specs, mix formats, and QC guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients and suppliers to produce great quality work, both in-studio and via virtual dial-in calls
- Work with producers and sales teams to develop budgets, production processes and schedules for large scale projects.
- Adhere to strict deadlines, budgets, schedules, and technical specifications
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to all other staff members within the department to ensure best employees practices are maintained
- Develop and maintain personal relationships within the advertising industry and related entertainment ecosystem.
- Maintain studio equipment and workspace
- Provide clients with a superior level of service and hospitality
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Prior experience mixing for Broadcast in Pro Tools.
- Knowledge of workflows using Source Elements
- Experience mixing in 5.1 (and Dolby Atmos is a plus!)
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment to build and promote the Company’s brand
