Special Projects Producer

The person in this position will manage the assigned production from concept to completion and be responsible for all producing duties including maintaining schedules, meeting deadlines, managing budgets and legal documents and ensuring that the work is being produced at the highest quality level possible. The position requires coordination and consolidation of information gathered from multiple areas, as well as flexibility to meet changing deadlines and priorities while achieving the highest standards of filmmaking.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of production-related experiences within an ad agency and/or internal
creative department in a consumer marketing organization
• Experience managing budgets
• Creative mindset
• Strong confidence and motivational skill
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Respond to feedback positively and with the desire to make changes
• Excellent verbal communication
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
