Job Description
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Operates lighting equipment such as the light board, spot lights and special effects;
- unloads, hangs and focuses lighting fixtures and special effect fixtures;
- unloads and sets up musical equipment;
- constructs and paints physical and scenic elements;
- maintains any stage scenery, props and special effects elements;
- operates shows, including setting and striking scenic elements, props, microphones and special effects elements.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma
PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Dexterity to utilize tools, Run, Stand for long periods of time or shift, Work in hot or cold temperatures, Walk Entire Shift, Maneuver in confined spaces, Dusty environment, Walk up and down stairs, Reach, Bend, Stoop, Twist, Hear, Type/Computer Literate, Tolerate high noise areas, Speak/Read/Write/Understand English, Work in outdoor weather conditions (hot/cold), Work flexible schedules, Push/Pull up to 100 pounds, Lift up to 100 pounds
