Job Description

Shooting/Lighting/Audio 70%

 Plan, set up, and execute studio and field shoots, including shooting, lighting, and audio production.

Concepting/Collaboration 15%

 Work with video team and product marketing managers to develop creative outlines, storyboards, and production plans.

Studio Management 15%

 Maintain studio environment and equipment; recommend replacements and repairs as needed.

Edit retail and consumer-facing videos, including color and audio mixing, for export on a variety of digital platforms.

Position Responsibilities
  • Plan, set up, and execute studio and location shoots, including shooting, lighting, and audio production
  • Work with creative team and marketing managers to develop outlines, storyboards, and production plans
  • Experiment with and push new studio aesthetics, including lighting methods and sets
  • Ensure raw footage meets brand standards and is delivered on time according to our asset management process
  • Manage, organize, and maintain video studio and equipment
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as a videographer
  • Expert shooter with variety of cameras
  • Expert at lighting both studio and on-location set-ups
  • Experience producing creative briefs and storyboards
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and some experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Sound mixing experience using Soundtrack Pro or Adobe Audition
  • Knowledge of most video codecs and formats and the ability to ingest, transcode, and move between camera workflows and formats flawlessly
  • Knowledge of cycling culture/industry a plus
