Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative & communication skills with a background in Talent Appearance Bookings & Negotiations. Prefer a candidate with an existing network of Agents (Athletics & Sports)

- Work with Creative & Client liaisons to assemble Talent Candidates & manage outreach for Talent bookings
- Negotiate Talent Participations in branded content and acquire necessary agreements
- Oversee Talent travel & logistics
- Prep Talent on shoot schedule, creative, wardrobe etc.
- Liaise with Talent Reps for approvals during Post Production
- Manage talent’s social post & deliverables when needed
- Track Invoicing & Payment for Talen
