Video and Photo Producer
Summary
The Video & Photo Producer will support the university brand, enrollment and fundraising goals by producing effective, high-quality and commercial-level video/photo products that tell rich, motivational stories. This position will expand video and photo production capabilities in-house, and will serve to further implement passionate, innovative creativity to existing workflows for creating target-specific media. Essential functions will include: * Produce and direct video and photography projects. * Serve as lead resource for equipment operation, production and editing for marketing video and photography. * Manage specifications for technology packaging. * Help direct and maintain the video/photo archival process. * Professionally interact with key stakeholders to understand specifications, content and delivery expectations. * Coordinate activities of internal team (designers, copywriters, student workers), vendors and/or outside resources for the development of assigned projects. * Ensure that schedules are clearly documented. * Operate a camera as needed.
Job Description
- Produce and direct video and photography projects.

- Undergraduate or graduate degree in video production, communication or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of film production experience with a current reel/portfolio highlighting work quality and abilities required
- A strong understanding of video and photo production essential
- Experience with video production software such as Adobe Premier/After Effects or Davinci Resolve desired; familiarity with web standards preferred
- Project management skills are necessary
- Organizational skills and the ability to be a creative team player
