Job Description

VIDEO EDITOR / CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Our Video Editor/Customer Success Manager role is critical to users getting the most out of Adventr. It’s a wide-ranging role encompassing content creation, community building, problem-solving and more.

In this role, you’ll be the liaison between Adventr and our user base, helping customers achieve success creatively and technically and using your interactions to advise our product and marketing teams. You’ll represent Adventr in the creative community and will be the point of contact for thousands of users with your input directly affecting our business strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Make awesome interactive videos for internal and external use 
  • Design, develop, and deploy communications to our user base and stakeholders
  • Be the first point of contact for users who need technical or creative assistance
  • Lead community-building efforts from workshops and social media to forums and representing Adventr at events
  • Deliver Product & Marketing recommendations to leadership
Qualifications:
  • Two year+ degree in Filmmaking or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience with popular video editing software (Premiere, AfterEffects, etc.)
  • Experience in customer/client-facing roles 
  • Proficient communication skills both verbal and written
