Job Description
The VOD Editor will be responsible for editing Digital exclusive content, trailers, video ads, and promos for TBN’s OTT Platforms. This position will report to the Director of TBN OTT Platforms.
The ideal candidate has a digital-first approach to video editing, is incredibly detail-oriented, and has an attention-grabbing editing style.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Creative video editing of Video on Demand content to display on TBN OTT Platforms.
- Motion graphics for supporting graphics, video intros, and lower thirds.
- Video thumbnail design using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Media handling and export in proper codecs for best display on TBN OTT Platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished content that aligns with the ministry goals, brand voice, and creative vision of TBN.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional video editing experience.
- Detailed working knowledge of Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Passion for creating impactful and sharable content for our OTT audience.
- Experience with layering effects and alpha channel graphics.
- Expert time and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure.
- Strong ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced daily TV environment while maintaining production standards and efficiency.
- Meticulous attention to quality, detail and project organization.
- Strong knowledge of asset management systems.
- Great working knowledge of formats, frame rates and codecs for broadcast and web.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience working with traditional TV editing.
- Experience with keying green screen.
- Experience with color grading.
- Experience with audio mixing.
- Experience working in Christian media.
- Appreciation of, and familiarity with, TBN’s content and programming.
