The Job

Turner Studios is always looking for temporary hires in the lighting department. We are actively recruiting for the following positions regularly and are interested in hearing from qualified candidates who are available to work on a temporary basis. The Essentials
Lighting Director: Requires 5+ years experience as a lighting director in a television studio setting. In depth working knowledge of lighting consoles, lighting instruments, power distribution and safety regulations related to power/lighting. Rigging knowledge is a plus and strong leadership and communications skill are vital to this position. Working in a team environment is important.
Lighting Assistant: 3-5 years working in lighting/grip department for film or television. Basic operating knowledge of lighting instruments, lighting consoles, man lifts, ladders, power distribution and safety regulations related to this department. Able to take and execute direction and working in a team environment is important.
